On Me, Slacking

Oh so do you remember the house we moved into over a month ago? I was so excited when we were moving in to show "before and after" pictures of all the rooms and I am pretty sure I have only one room so far. Mostly because everything is still, to me, a scattered mess. Nothing is complete, and I am sure anyone that lives in a house can relate to that. What was I thinking, seriously? Did I really think the house would be all perfect in a few weeks. That's crazy talk.

Anyways, I am going to share some little things I have actually been doing.

Making pillows:

Oh, and this is the best part! This weekend while I was cleaning/organizing our guest room (post to come later!) the boys (Chris, Dad & uncle) were building a new fence.

Moving in is hard work, I hear you. :( I still have a room I'm working on and it's been since July!

those pillows are adorable!! you've gotta a ton done, moving is hard work.

the fence looks amazing. totally changes how the yard looks. :o)

I have been planning to make some new throw pillows too, I make seek your advice if I run into any snags because your's are UBER cute! And I really love how the dresser turned out...amazing what a coat of paint and some great new knobs can do!
